We wrote about the KTM Freeride yesterday on Motorcycle.com and now the Austrian manufacturer has released new photographs of the electric motorcycle prototypes, including pictures from the official unveiling at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show. A fresh naked and tour enduro prototype debuted at EICMA. The KTM 790 Duke is equipped with a compact 799cc LC8c inline twin with up to 105 hp and 86 Nm. The engine is housed in the traditional KTM steel birdcage frame and is part of the power structure.

Spy Photos Capture Near-Production KTM 1290 Super Duke

Spy photographers have snapped shots of what appears to be a near-production prototype of the KTM 1290 Super Duke. The test mule in the pictures show some differences from the 1290 Super Duke R prototype revealed at the 2012 EICMA show. The spy pictures reveal a stacked headlight design similar to the component used on KTM‘s smaller naked models such as the 390 Duke.
