1974 KAWASAKI H1 500 This is matching number bike with a clear title. H1F-30519, H1E 100552 The frame has been epoxy painted, fresh paint on body set. New: - set of new pistons and rings .050 fresh bore - clutch friction plates - original rims, re-spoked - rear shocks - fork tubes and seals - turn signals and stems - sprockets and chain - tires and tubes - cables - mirrors - spark plugs and wires - seat cover - petcock - battery - carbs cleaned & synced with all the original brass - Original air box All the chrome is in good shape. All electrical works. It starts and drives through all the gears, Performs well. Over all a very nice rider with slight patina. Small ding and typical acid stain on left pipe. 2011 Isle of Man TT Recap

John McGuinness, second on the all-time TT wins list, added two more wins to his resume to win the Joey Dunlop Trophy while MotoCzysz once again fell just short of taking the bounty for being the first electric motorcycle team to record a 100 mph lap on the Mountain Course. The 2011 Isle of Man TT also had its share of tragedy with three racing fatalities.
FIM Releases New WSBK Rules – Updates Include Pitstops, Weight Limits and Headlight Decals
Wed, 17 Oct 2012The International Motorcycling Federation and the Superbike Racing Commission released a number of amendments to the 2013 World Superbike Championship rulebook including pitstops, fake headlights and a revised starting grid alignment. We’ve already seen the fake headlights with Kawasaki getting a jump on the new regulation earlier this season with headlight decals on Tom Sykes‘ and Loris Baz‘s ZX-10R. Starting in 2013, all superbikes will have fake headlights to resemble their homologated production models.
FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
