Kawasaki KX description
For sale a 2001 KX 65 dirt bike. Just had the engine fixed after I burned the piston rod. (Didn't use synthetic oil) Replaced the internals of the engine and cleaned the carbeurator. I have ridden the bike for about two hours since the replacements and it runs like new. It starts easily for a two stroke. Since the new engine it has started 1st or 2nd kick everytime. I have run Dominator synthetic two stroke oil through it as of late. It has a two little indentions in the seat from an angry mom's fingernails. This bike is quite fast for its size. I am the 2nd owner after buying it in 2004. The previous owner had a son who started riding 4 wheelers instead. It comes with all the paperwork including the manual and a helmet. I will also throw in a grey and black fly handlebar foam cover thing. It's a great 1st bike for someone to grow into. This was my 1st one and I learned to ride it at eight years old. I dont have a trailer but it might fit into the back of our volvo sedan. Id rather not drive it somewhere but I will if I have too. Im buying a bigger bike with the money from this one. Sadly it has gotten a little too small. You are welcome to drive it around my backyard and my neighbor has a small track that would be fine too. Wed, 27 Jan 2010KAWASAKI UK is offering an organised European touring holiday for owners of the company's motorcycles.The trip is centered around the Loire Valley in central France, with the initial event running between 1 and 3 May 2010. Priced at £450 for riders and £125 for pillions, the tour includes a pre-event pack with maps and guides for the route, accommodation for two nights at the Panoramic Hotel in Sancerre, return ferry tickets and even a dedicated support vehicle, carrying tyre fitting equipment and tools, staffed by a qualified mechanic.A highly experienced rider will lead the tour, with another Kawasaki Tours staff member at the back, providing reassurance for all riders and the confidence to fully enjoy their continental trip. Tue, 08 Apr 2014Ryan Villopoto ran mostly unchallenged for his fourth win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season, taking advantage of an early spill by Ryan Dungey. The win strengthens Villopoto’s hold on the points lead as the Kawasaki rider seeks his fourth-consecutive championship. Villopoto took the holeshot in the Houston main event and never looked back, leading all 20 laps for the win.
