2nd owner.  Excellent condition, lightly used and garage kept.  Bike was sparing used until the child outgrew it.  Bike was dumped on occasion, as it is a dirt bike, but has no damage.  New trim pieces and graphics.  New brake pads and sprocket.  Solid performance and fast.  Bike was mainly used in cow pastures and trail riding.  Will meet successful bidder the weekend following the end of the auction within 100 miles of Magnolia TX (77354 zip code), cash or certified check only.  This is a two-stroke engine and will require pre-mix fuel.

Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. Marco Melandri rebounded from last week’s disappointing Portimao round to win Race One at Laguna Seca while Tom Sykes extended his championship lead with a win in a red-flagged Race Two. Melandri got taken out of the second Portimao race after his Aprilia teammate Sylvain Guintoli slid into his RSV4. Melandri looked eager to make up for that DNF, leading every lap of Race One on his way to his third win of the season.
