Kawasaki Ninja description

2005 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, STUNNING PERFORMANCE - When Kawasaki introduced the NINJA ZX-10R sportbike to the world’s leading motorcycle journalists, they were told in no uncertain terms that this motorcycle represents the epitome of leading-edge power, performance and exhilaration. Within minutes of their first ride, those journalists realized Kawasaki was true to its word. As one editor later wrote, “The ZX-10R is literally stunning in every sense of the word…when it comes to airing out the adrenals with pure, unadulterated acceleration, nothing exceeds like excess. And nothing else comes close to this Ninja. Nothing.” Generating such a response is the NINJA ZX-10R’s design, which combines high technology with the latest innovations, including a high-output engine, ultra-narrow aluminum frame, ergonomic design and compact bodywork narrower than most 600cc sportbikes. These attributes also make the ZX-10R one of the lightest 1000cc bikes on the market, giving it a superior power-to-weight ratio. This 2005 Kawasaki was only ridden a super low 10,938 miles which averages out to an easy 1562 miles a year. This bike is absolutely stunning and looks factory fresh. The previous owner gave this Ninja a head to toe make over making her as nice as the day it left the dealership in 2005. Fresh paint, graphics, blinkers, tires and more all the way around. He also added a sweet sounding Two Brothers Carbon Fiber exhaust for added power to this already fast machine and a tinted Zero Gravity windshield. This mean green Ninja runs, rides, shifts and looks awesome. It shows no signs anywhere of ever been dropped or wrecked. Brammo Earns Seventh Place Against Gas Bikes

Mon, 06 May 2013

This past weekend, Brammo arrived to Sonoma Raceway in Central California ready to do battle. Only this time the electric sportbike manufacturer would be trading blows not with other electric bikes, but with their ICE counterparts at the second round of the American Federation of Motorcyclists series — one of the oldest club racing organizations in the country. We recently mentioned Brammo’s eligibility with AFM, and this weekend was the first outing. Team Icon Brammo and its two riders Eric Bostrom and Steve Atlas competed on the Empulse RR machines while third rider, Shelina Moreda, rode the Team Parker Brammo Empulse TTX — a modified version of the road-legal Empulse.

2013 AMA Supercross Minneapolis Race Report

Mon, 15 Apr 2013

Hometown hero Ryan Dungey put a stop to Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak, taking the victory before 48,846 supportive fans at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn. The Red Bull KTM rider from nearby Belle Plaine, Minn., stalked Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto for most of the race before taking the lead and winning the 20-lap race by just 0.903 seconds. The win put Dungey into second place in the standings ahead of Rockstar Suzuki‘s Davi Millsaps and perhaps more importantly, cut away at Villopoto’s points lead.
