Kawasaki Ninja description

BLACK 2006 zx14 with JE Pistons Kit installed bigger cams from orient express, and CNC Ported Heads. The bike has a minor scratche on right side front fender. The motor was built by Schaffer Motors Sports of Baltimore MD. The heads were CNC Ported by Carpenter Race Engines. The Bike was taken down to LEES Performance to be dyno tuned. Lee stated that with the right rider this bike will go 8.80's in the quarter of mile. The bike puts over 210 hp at the rear wheel. The bike is lowered and stretched by roaring toyz dog bones and extentions. The bike also has an air shifter with an onboard compression for installed. PC3, Speedo healer and due to high compression motor 2 batteries are installed for easy start. The bike does not run hot at all just a little warmer but added an additional metal fan with toggle switch to ensure cooling on hot long summer days stop and go traffic. The motor has about 500 miles since engine work mostly around town riding. The bike was built to be a street sleeper with chrome factory wheels beware Busa!!  The bike is tuned to MRX01 race gas but runs very good on 93 octane.

Why restore as standard when you can do this?

Spotted this delicious Z1000 on bubblevisor’s site, the other day. It is living proof that metallic brown paint is the new black. As is the case with some of these blog sites, there’s very little or no information about the bike, just a pic.

Old boys up front and where are the new 600 Gixers?

Mon, 28 Feb 2011

As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.

Seeley On Form On First Night Of North West 200

Fri, 16 May 2014

Alastair Seeley took a double in the Ballymoney Borough council Supersport and Pirtek Superstock events at the start of racing at the Vauxhall International North West 200 this evening, what many “real” road racers refer to as the precursor to the Isle Of Man TT. In the Supersport race, the ‘Wee Wizard’ survived being caught up in a first lap crash at York hairpin that left him languishing in 16th to come through and win the opening race of the night on his Mar-Train Yamaha R6. Lee Johnston was the rider who went down in the first lap crash, causing Seeley to take evasive action to avoid going down himself.
