Condition:
Bike is in excellent condition despite minor aesthetic damage. No mechanical damage. Bike was inspected by dealership in AZ, carbs were cleaned, oil and gasoline changed. Everything is working great! Left signal light pushed through the plastic causing small cracking but still works. Small scratch on muffler. Small scratch on left side black plastic. Small scratch on white stripe on left side. All minor aesthetics. No added features all factory. Purchased new from GoAZ dealership in Arizona in October of 2015. Kawasaki warranty valid until October 2016. I am the only owner, have only ridden it three times, and do not smoke. This bike is for pick up by buyer only in Jackman, Maine or a nearby location. Villopoto to Miss 2012 AMA Motocross Season
Tue, 24 Apr 2012Reigning champion Ryan Villopoto will not compete in the 2012 AMA Motocross Championship after injuring his knee at the recent Supercross race in Seattle, Wash. Villopoto has won the last three indoor and outdoor championships, capturing the 2011 AMA Motocross title as well as the 2011 and 2012 AMA Supercross titles. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider will not be able to stretch that run into a fourth consecutive title.
2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Recalled for Crankcase Oil Leak
Fri, 10 Aug 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall on its 2011 and 2012 Ninja ZX-10R due to a potential oil leak in the crankcase. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, engine oil may leak from the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R‘s crankcase from a machined area where the starter is mounted. Leaked oil may pool on top of the crank case and, under continued use, spill onto the rear tire, reducing traction and increasing the risk of a crash.
2014 WSBK Provisional Entry List – 27 Riders and 9 Manufacturers
Thu, 30 Jan 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The provisional list includes 27 riders riding motorcycles from nine different manufacturers. Of these riders, 12 are riding in the new EVO sub-category which limits engine upgrades and electronics to Superstock class rules.
