Excellent condition, not a mark on it! Always kept in the garage or covered, maintained and professionally documented. Needs nothing, 100% ready to go. Only mods are tinted windshield, sport bars, and an iPhone adapter/charger. Sport bars would be included as well as the stock bars if desired. iPhone adapter can be included for $30. iPhone adapter can hold an iPhone 4, 4s, or be upgraded to hold a 5/5s and many other brands.

Bike steadily gets 51+mpgs

Currently around 7k miles but will go up slightly.

For those unfamiliar, Feel Like A Pro provides Kawasaki Ninja 250 race bike rentals across the west coast for a nominal fee of $299. The namesake comes from the experience you get, as a technician, gas, and tires are all included in the cost.
