1975 Kawasaki Z1 900 Full meticulous show quality restoration was completed approximately 2000 miles ago as shown on the speedo. The bike shows no signs of wear sense restored and has been stored in an air condition room. The valve shims have been recently adjusted as well as the carbs resynchronized. The bike runs and rides as it should, as it was when new.Frame including swing arm and battery box was painted to factory standards, bearings upgraded to taper roller bearings. New rims re-laced to original hubs, rear hub polished and new brake shoes installed. New front brake rotor, caliper, brake pads and hydraulic brake lines. New switch blocks, handle grips, mirrors, turn signals, chain guard, shocks, cables, entire seat and rear wheel adjusters from Z1Enterprises. Rechromed fenders, kick starter, brake arm,handle bars, grab bar and head light fork ears. . Restored forks along with new seals, covers and polished legs. Engine heads rebuild with new valve and valve seats, seals and guides with upgraded heavy duty timing chain, new rings honed cylinders, new clutch and bottom in inspected with a good bill of health, side covers and cam covers are polished, carbs cleaned and rebuilt. New high quality exhaust system and paint and body set from Z1 Enterprises. Wire harness is original. Gages are factory new along with the chrome front head light, gage covers and front lower triple tree chrome cover for a LTD 1000. Note; cover can simply be removed if not wanted, I think it dresses up the front of the bike along with the chrome gage lower covers and chrome head light with flat H4 head light also for a LTD1000.

From an EnduroCross press release: Factory Beta and Stillwell Performance-backed Cody Webb took a decisive win tonight in Salt Lake City’s inaugural AMA GEICO EnduroCross event. The win was Webb’s second after taking the first round victory in Las Vegas and puts him and his Beta two-stroke 300 into the points lead. The race fans in attendance at the Energy Solutions Arena saw a night go almost perfectly for GEICO-supported Webb.

Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class

The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.

Lee Rocker To Play Free Concert At AIMExpo

Lee Rocker, of 1980′s Stray Cats fame, and still considered one of the most influential upright bass players in rock n’ roll history, will perform a free concert at the AIMExpo Saturday Night, October 18 outside of the AIMExpo show floor at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Rocker and the band take the stage at 7 p.m. to deliver a rockabilly performance. All AIMExpo attendees with either an admission ticket or a show badge are welcome to attend the intimate performance. Rocker’s performance is sponsored by the Ace Cafe Orlando, Bell Helmets, Kawasaki, Metzeler, AIMExpo, and MOTOTV. Ace Cafe, the legendary British hub for vintage motorcycle, car and music events, announced plans to open its first U.S.
