Kawasaki Other description

1985 Kawasaki Ltd , 1985 Kawasaki EN 450/454Ltd has 11,084 miles. This a great starter bike. I've only owned it for a few years and rode it for 2 summers. It has ran great for me while I've had it. However after sitting for the winter and spring I haven't had it running this summer at all. Carbs need to cleaned and dialed in properly but I'd rather get another bike than to put the time and money into this one. I'm too tall for this one and am upgrading to something else. The rear tire is only 2 yrs old and in great shape. Has new spark plugs (properly gapped). Cooolant has been flushed, Oil and Filter changed, and new Air filters as well. $600 or best offer. The fault for that problem clearly lay with Nissin, as the same issue affected other motorcycles from several manufacturers. The little Ninja might not be out of the wood yet however, as other brake-related issues have come up.

The KX Dirt Domination page highlights the successes of the KX line over the last 40 years, including its astounding run in AMA Supercross and Motocross over the last decade.

WSBK 2013: Nurburgring Race Report

Tue, 03 Sep 2013

Tom Sykes has taken over the lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings after splitting race victories with Chaz Davies at Germany’s Nurburgring circuit. Both races ended prematurely however with red flags during the final laps. Pata Honda‘s Jonathan Rea and FIXI Crescent Suzuki‘s Leon Camier both crashed on the 18th lap of Race One after running into oil spilled on the track from Pedercini Kawasaki racer Federico Sandi‘s ZX-10R.
