This auction is for a 2001 KZ1000- Kawasaki Police Motorcycle. This bike came from the Rancho Mirage Police Department near Palm Springs California, I got 2 from them and these were their (Back-Up) Motorcycles. The Police department maintains its vehicles with all scheduled maintenance and replacements of parts. I obtained this motorcycle (with 58,000 miles) for my personal collection and I used it very little. I also maintained this vehicle with scheduled maintenance and upgrades. I personally have done ALL the work with patience and care, I don't take shortcuts with my personal things. This Motorcycle is being sold "AS IS" with no warranty, what you see is what you get. You are more then welcome to come by and inspect the vehicle but I assure you will not be disappointed. This is also a "PICK-UP" only auction so you will need to make ALL the arrangements. Colin Edwards Joins Forward Racing CRT Squad for 2012
Fri, 02 Sep 2011Colin Edwards will join the Forward Racing team to compete in the 2012 MotoGP season as a Claiming Rule Team entry. Edwards, known as a good development rider and an even better quote machine, is the first rider to officially sign on with a CRT. Forward Racing may be more familiar to some race fans by its former name, Hayate Racing, the outfit that ran the Kawasaki ZX-RR with Marco Melandri in 2009 after Kawasaki pulled out of MotoGP racing.
