This 2008 Kawasaki ZX-6R is outfitted with a great sounding Yoshimura exhaust pipe. The must-have license plate relocation has been done. EDR provided the rear view mirror eliminator kit. The view to the rear is now provided by a sport mirror located on its right handle bar. We can put one on the left for you should you desire. Candy Plasma Blue is the color that this ZX-6R is painted! Plasma? come on!! Other upgrades are custom handle bar levers. I think that they are WORX-check me out on this. Frame sliders-painted Blue-are installed-may you never use them! A tank protector was installed by ProGrip and a black windscreen was added. An 08 Kawasaki ZX-6R with only just over 14,500 miles priced at $5,995.00 seems like a good value to me. Kawasaki Producing 599cc 2013 Ninja ZX-6R for Japanese Racing Homologation
Wed, 31 Oct 2012When Kawasaki announced it was upping the engine displacement for the Ninja ZX-6R to 636cc, the immediate question on many Team Green fans’ minds was what it would mean for the company’s supersport racing efforts. Kenan Sofuloglu won the 2012 World Supersport Championship on a Kawasaki ZX-6R, but under the regulations, he may not be allowed to defend his title next season on the 2013 model as homologation requirements in Supersport racing series limit Inline-Fours to displacements smaller than 600cc. Fear not however, as Kawasaki will be producing a special version of the ZX-6R with an engine displacement of 599cc, the same as the 2012 version.
2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase
