2013 Kawasaki Z 1000, I bought this bike on a whim from eBay 2 weeks ago, but now that its arrived, I don't think its for me. I am 55 yo and owned a 1972 Z1A900 in the 70's, so thought this would be cool like that was but much newer technology. And it is, but the overall styling isn't my taste, so I decided that rather than ride it, sell immediately and buy a European bike instead. Its sitting in my garage with other bikes warm and dry seeking new owner. Absolutely new with 17 miles...that's how far it is from home to the gas station, DMV, and back. Don't need to sell. I think its priced very reasonably considering what I just paid 2 weeks ago, and suits someone that likes the aggressive look Japanese streetfighter. WSBK 2013: Aragon Race Report
Mon, 15 Apr 2013BMW Motorrad Goldbet racer Chaz Davies scored his first career World Superbike double victory, taking both races at Spain’s Aragon circuit. The wins were the second and third of Davies’ WSBK career (the first came last year at Nurburgring for the ParkinGo Aprilia team) and the second ever double in the series for BMW. The Welsh rider and former AMA Pro Racing competitor has had some success at Aragon, getting his first career WSBK podium at the Spanish track in 2012.
South West Motorcycle Show 2010, August 28th & 29th
Tue, 17 Aug 2010Need something to do on August Bank Holiday weekend, then read below: "Although the South West Motorcycle Show has been running at the Westpoint Arena for the last sixteen years, 2010 is the first year that the show hosts the all-new Vertical Trix European Stunt Championship. The show contains all the usual attractions that have been delivered to motorcyclists from over the south-west and further afield since 1994 – including all the appropriate trade stands, and with strong support from local dealers – plus attractions such a a dyno on site, restaurant, bar, bike displays, live music and of course the live action arena. Although the action in the show arena has previously been stunt displays, rather than a full-on competition.
Drift Camera HD170 review
Fri, 11 Mar 2011I’ve been testing this Drift 170 camera for the past few days. I also took it on the recent Portimao Maxxis tyre launch where I managed to sneak it onto Gary Mason’s Kawasaki Superbike. We’ve been using the GoPro HD set-up for over a year now with mixed results.
