Kawasaki Other description

This is a 90cc Kawasaki G3SS manufactured 8/72 (see photo) . It has the red paint and graphics of the 1972 model, but the title lists it as a 1973 model. Runs great. Always starts first kick. Runs and accelerates smoothly throughout the RPM range. This bike is a daily rider. Looks very good. The tank and side covers have no dents or damage. The paint is very good. The seat is nice with no rips. The tires are new. The fenders are stainless steel and are in good shape except for a tiny ripple on the front lip of the front fender. The exhaust is original and in very good condition. The wheel rims have some light pitting on the chrome. I also have the turn signals and original luggage rack (see photo) but they are rusty and were not mounted on the bike when I got it. I never installed them, but they do come with the bike. The reason you should buy this bike is that when you get done detailing it, you can fire it up and ride it where ever you want to go.  As for payment, the winning bidder must contact me at the close of auction. I am easy to work with but your payment must be received in full and clear before I release the bike. I will work with your shipping company as long as your funds have cleared. There is no reserve other than the opening bid.  I have re-listed this bike and lowered the price. This will be a great buy for some lucky individual.

CONTROL specialist Venhill has launched its new 888 range of bike-specific fast action twistgrips.  Supplied complete with the company's top of the range Featherlight cables, the kits are designed for a straightforward replacement of the factory-fitted equipment.  Bike-specific kits are now available for the Honda CBR600F, Kawasaki ZX-6R/ZX-10R, Suzuki GSX-R600/750, Triumph 675 Daytona and Yamaha R1/R6, among others, with prices from £105. Here's Venhill's description of the new product: "Manufactured with a robust CNC machined alloy body, the 888 fast action twistgrip provides a choice of two settings and is supplied with two rotors so that riders can select the throttle action that best suits the riding conditions.  Settings can be changed swiftly by undoing the two set screws securing the throttle body and changing the rotor. On the fastest setting there is 80° of rotation, (taking up 36mm of the cable), which is typically 45% faster than 'standard' throttles.
