2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 LTD, Windsheild and Rear Rack! - LOW SEAT HEIGHT AND FRIENDLY POWERBAND The Kawasaki Vulcan 500 LTD is a great, first-time buyer’s bike for those who want to enter the cruiser lifestyle, because its low seat height, friendly powerband and affordability make it easy to develop those all-important riding skills. The Vulcan 500 LTD gets its power from a 498cc parallel-twin, based on the same engine that powers the Ninja 500R sportbike. Liquid cooling helps this cruiser maintain consistent operating temperatures for longer engine life and sustained power. The engine has also been tuned to deliver power as suited to boulevard cruising as it is to more spirited riding. The six-speed transmission, complete with Kawasaki’s exclusive Positive Neutral Finder, allows riders to use the engine to its full potential. WSBK 2013: Jerez Race Report
Mon, 21 Oct 2013Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.

Things you’ll need: flat screwdriver pliers sharp knife(steak) rough grit sand paper staple gun I’m unsure if all motorcycle seats are made of the same material so be wary before you start if your motorcycle isn’t a Kawasaki.

Tue, 12 Jun 2012Max Biaggi strengthened his hold on the 2012 World Superbike Championship lead with a pair of wins at Italy’s Misano circuit. The Aprilia rider out-battled the Althea Ducati duo of Carlos Checa and Davide Giugliano to win Race One before taking a relatively easier Race Two victory. Before the races, WSBK riders lined up on the starting grid to hold a banner expressing their support for the Emilia region in northern Italy which has been suffering from earthquakes and continuing aftershocks since late May.
