40 years of the Z1 T-Shirt

Kawasaki have launched this T-Shirt in celebration of the Z1. If you're a fan, or if you've got one tucked away in the garage, then you need this in your life. Here's what Kawasaki have to say about it: Forty years after its European launch at the 1972 IFMA show in Cologne, Germany, the Z1 and resultant Z line of motorcycles, are firmly part of the biking landscape.As part of the activities to promote this landmark, Kawasaki has created a Z40 celebration T shirt.

WSBK 2012: Assen Results

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. 2014 AMA Supercross – Houston Results

Ryan Villopoto ran mostly unchallenged for his fourth win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season, taking advantage of an early spill by Ryan Dungey. The win strengthens Villopoto’s hold on the points lead as the Kawasaki rider seeks his fourth-consecutive championship. Villopoto took the holeshot in the Houston main event and never looked back, leading all 20 laps for the win.
