RARE 1990 Kawasaki Zephyr 750 W/ ONLY 4978 Miles and it looks the part!
It's in near new condition with just nickel size bent and a few light scratches on the tank. Scratches may buff out when I detail it. A good detailing is the only thing it needs.
It had sat for the past 7 years so I just got done with a full mechanical restoration. Replaced the battery, cleaned carbs, replaced the needle valves, changed oil & filter, replaced air filter, spark plugs, fuel petcock, and rebuilt the brake calipers and swapped out the fluid. I'm sure I've missed something but you can jump on the bike and ride across the country with no problems.

The Zephyr is loved all of the world and were only brought into the U.S. Market in very small numbers. It was designed as a tribute to the great Kawasaki's of the 70s and early 80s.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Los Angeles Results
Mon, 23 Jan 2012Chad Reed won his first race of the 2012 AMA Supercross season in Los Angeles but the victory was overshadowed by a first-lap collision that left Trey Canard and Ryan Morais with broken backs. Racing for Team Honda Muscle Milk, Canard was injured on the first lap after catching a piece of some signage. That forced him to single a triple jump, putting him in the path of Star Valli Yamaha rider Ryan Morais who landed on Canard from behind.

Mon, 13 May 2013Eugene Laverty and Marco Melandri split a pair of victories at Monza but the most biggest news from the World Superbike weekend was a strange series of appeals after Race Two that saw Tom Sykes finish third, relegated to fourth and then reinstated on the final step of the podium. The unusual mix-up occurred after Sykes, sitting in third place, ran off track and into the run off area on Turn 5 on his final lap. The Kawasaki rider returned to the track again in third place where he finished ahead of Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli.

A young boy when the late 70′s show made its debut on the air, I thought it was extremely cool to be on the California Highway Patrol, but especially so while riding around on a Kawasaki 1000. Erik Estrada even had a cool name and car on the show, going by ‘Ponch’ and driving a Firebird.
