Moto Guzzi Other description
1971 MOTO GUZZI Falconi Nueovo, The Moto Guzzi Nuovo Falcone was produced by Guzzi between 1971 and 1976, it s powered by a 500cc, air-cooled single cylinder engine and was fitted with front and rear drum brakes. The Nuovo Falcone (or New Falcon as there was a similar model produced between 1950 and 1967) became known as a reliable and easy to fix motorcycle and was quickly adopted by the Italian police, army and even the fire department. Approximately 17,000 were produced and due to their easy maintenance characteristics, many of them are still functioning today. The big 500cc single is easy to start thanks to a heavy flywheel and hand lever compression release. The engine tic over so slow you can count the beats. The torquey thumper accelerates with smooth ease. Our feature guzzi has seen only 32000 kilometers since new. The tanks and fenders have been repainted in Ferrari red, this bike runs and rides perfect. To schedule a test ride call John 866 896 7743

Piaggio Multimedia Platform iPhone Connectivity Announced for Piaggio X10 Maxi-Scooter
Thu, 05 Jul 2012Piaggio announced a new iPhone connectivity system set to debut on its new X10 maxi-scooter. The Piaggio Multimedia Platform (PMP) will be available as a kit for the 125cc, 350cc and 500cc versions of the Piaggio X10, and eventually may be introduced to other models in the Piaggio Group (which would include the brands Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa.) Designed by Re:Lab, the PMP system turns an iPhone into an onboard computer and secondary display. The kit mounts the iPhone over the Piaggio insignia on the center of the X10′s handlebar which, from the rider’s perspective, puts it just below the scooter’s standard instruments.
