Purchased new in August 2014. Was in cold storage at Guzzi USA and watched bike assembled from crate at Matthews Aprilia/Moto Guzzi in North Carolina. Is in ‘As New’ condition, if not better with upgrades. Is an amazing looking machine, perfect in every way, pristine and 100% a ‘Garage Queen’. Is setup to ride coast to coast or weekend camping in the mountains. Rides, runs, looks, performs as if rolled off the showroom floor. Would cost $12k to set up a similar Stelvio. Receive comments every time out. Glad to discuss with a phone call. Have hi-res images on Flicker, will send link on request as unable to post .coms on eBay. Had the ECU reflashed by Todd, owner of GuzziTech dot com. Bike runs beautifully. However, if prefer, easy to remove PCV5 and make stock. Piaggio Reports Q1 2013 Results
Mon, 06 May 2013The Piaggio Group reported an 11.6% drop in net sales for the first quarter of 2013, the result of a struggling economy and unseasonably cold weather in Europe and a flatlining two-wheeler market in Vietnam. There was however some good news in North America, Vespa sales in India and a 27.8% increase in Moto Guzzi sales. According to the company’s first quarter report, Piaggio reported net sales of 303.4 million euros (US$396.8 million), down from net sales of 343.1 million euros reported the same quarter of 2012.
