                          1975 Norton Commando Mark III

This is your chance to buy a truly fantastic example of one the most desirable Norton models. This is a 1975 model with working electric start, left hand shift, starts and runs flawlessly due to an original 3976 miles.

The tank and side covers were recently repainted with House of Color paint and they look incredibly nice. The tank shines with a flawless black paint job. The gold lettering and hand painted gold stripes on the tank really make the bike stand out from all of the others. There is a clear coat applied over all decals and lettering.

This Norton also has the factory pipes with the very desirable stock "bean can mufflers" and original air box and filter. I also have manuals for the bike and a full set of original tools.

Look at pictures and ask questions! I can be reached at 636-542-1432. I can help arrange shipping in  the USA or help with shipping to other international destinations. I will also hold the bike with full payment for as long as it takes(within reason) to get it picked up. I am located 5 minutes off of I-55 near Festus, Mo.. Thanks

The bike is for sale locally. I will entertain any and all cash offers for the bike. Only selling to purchase a Triumph TR250 sports car.

The Sporton: A Sportster-Powered Norton

Thu, 30 May 2013

The guys at BikeExif have found another subtle, yet wild custom cafe racer. This time it’s a Norton Featherbed frame stuffed with a 1969 Harley-Davidson Ironhead V-Twin. And if that’s not strange enough, this bike and its owner/builder hail from Malaysia!

Production of 650cc Norton models will start at the end of next year

Tue, 17 Nov 2020

In addition to the release of V4 and Commando models, the British plan to expand their lineup. The Norton V4 and Commando motorcycles, presented to the public in 2018, will not start rolling off the assembly line until the end of 2021. This is primarily due to the fact that Norton, owned by the Indian company TVS, is currently busy transferring production from Donnington Hall to Solihull.

2010 USA TTXGP: Round One in full

Thu, 27 May 2010

WITH BIKES LAPPING at 18 seconds off times posted by the AMA Superbikes, competitors in the inaugural TTXGP North America series still enjoyed a good old scrap at Infineon Raceway, California. An eclectic mix of bikes lined up for the start of the 2010 TTXGP series; a modified 1966 Norton and a 2010 Mavizen TTX02 Superbike were just two of the machines that took part in the race. US rider Shawn Higbee took victory in the event, riding for team Zero Agni.
