2001 softail custom, 131 cubic inch ultima engine with about 800 miles on it. 6 speed tranny, brand new clutch and chain drive system. Good rubber all around the rear tire is a 140mm. Just changed the oil and filter about 200 miles ago non synthetic . Carb has been totally gone through as of last month professionally. I just rigged up the side mouth license plate that's why it isn't painted. Speedo works the sensor is digital and in the tranny and I just had it adjusted. The paint is rough as hell and the coating on the pipes are too. It's really loud and really fast and also heavy on the left side as it is a left side drive. The whole guts of the thing have been adjusted and everything is straight, no leaks.
Kind of have to know your stuff a little bit with it because it is a total custom bike. It has kind of a bar hopper feel but I have been to out sturgis with it. The engine is a rigid mount so its kind of rough starting out. But it is super fun to ride and that's why I've had it for all these years. It's been my baby for a long time and I'm ready to let go, bills to pay and that whole number. feel free to ask any questions ill answer as soon as i can. |
