Pro Street Pro Street description

it has been time to sell my show piece for awhile. i built it a few years ago as a fun project and to maybe make a little extra money with it. thanks for the bottom dropping out on choppers halfway through the build, i am basically just looking to get some of the parts cost back out of it. i have been building show cars for 25+ years so i am not some joe blow who just wanted to "give it a go". everything is top notch finish and better build quality than most big name builders. for the price it is at now you can't even buy a stock harley for that much. i have a full garage and just bought another project so this needs to go! for the opening bid it is a steal! for $20k it is a steal! for $25k you would finally be approaching the value of the bike if it had alot of miles!!
bike has been to one show, and was a big isca event. the bike walked away with best hand built north american custom, and best engine overall! it was taken out for a shake down run of about 15 miles and that is all the road this bike has seen. it has sat in my entranceway for a few years now as a conversation piece. never seen water, not even to wash it because it has never been dirty!! brakes are only halfway seated as can be seen by the wear on the rotors. i open the front door and fire it up every once in awhile, but that is it. i personally am better with 4 wheels than 2, so hence my life preserving choice to not ride it. (that and starting my road bike training on a 127c.i. hardtail sounded good at first, but in reality i got talked out of it by people who wanted to see me live!!) bike is good for someone 5'10" up to about 6'2". mid controls or extensions could make it fit other sized riders too. bike runs a sprotor in the rear and clean on the other side. single side front brake.
bike is right side drive to offset the big 3 3/8" drag primary. standing bike straight up it is off balance by only a couple pounds and that is with aligning rear tire straight up with backbone. bike took 7 months to build including painting. custom led lights spotlight motor and under frame and tank at the touch of a button. all fuses and wiring terminating under seat with easy to reach and diagnose fuses that light up if a circuit has been popped. everything on bike except the speed limiter is aftermarket on this bike. the dakota digital gauge still has not even been calibrated yet, but easy to do once you get it out on the road. bike does have turn signals that are small super bright leds. high and low beam on headlight via small chrome toggle on bars. all wiring is hidden, very tough to do on something like this as it is not a stripped down chopper. internal wiring was achieved by using a 30 strand computer wire through frame and only 2 power wires. most operation is via relays so very small on/off wires needed.
paint is a toyota blue, with blue to red ppg harlequin misted over the top. it creates a killer effect as can be seen in the pics. sometimes it can be purple, sometimes electric blue. it is more subtle than a full harlequin paint, so it keeps even the best painters wondering how it was achieved!
both seat and tool bag are real crocodile custom sewn up. everywhere you look on this bike there is more and more detail that can keep you looking for a long time. this is not a manufactured custom that is mostly pulling parts off a shelf. this is custom made, and custom fit parts. if you think this is a pauchgo bar hopper kit, you better buy one of those, because you don't know what you're looking at!

bike has a title and passed oregon inspection with flying colors to get title. was registered, but tags expired. frame manufacture date was in 2005 so had to be titled that way instead of date bike was finished.

- i have been showing the bike again lately and in 3 shows it has won 3 first place trophies. you will not be disappointed! one guy said he has been all over the country and seen alot of the big name builders bikes and commented he has never seen a build quality like this!! it is up for sale for more locally and i reserve the right to end auction at any time, so you better grab it while you can!!
