1981 Suzuki GS 550l 6500 miles ( original owner ) have all paper work from new. Bike is in beautiful condition comes with saddle bags crash bars back luggage rack and a windshield . I'm selling it because I don't ride anymore , so bike has been sitting for about 4 yrs or so . It will need a battery and the carbs rebuilt to be road ready , then you will have a real nice bike any questions just ask.

2009-2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Recalled for Side Stand Interlock Switch

Suzuki is issuing a recall for 2009-2011 GSX-R1000 because of a potential failure of the side stand interlock switch. The interlock switch is what cuts off the ignition circuit on a motorcycle when the side stand is down and the transmission is in any gear except neutral. Its purpose is to prevent a motorcycle from moving with the stand deployed.

Heavily rumored to receive similar styling updates as its V-Strom 650 stablemate, Suzuki instead turned to its 1988 DR750S, the company’s first big on/off road machine, for inspiration, taking many by surprise. The updates are more than just skin deep, as the entire motorcycle has been redesigned.
