Suzuki GS tech info
Suzuki GS description
Up for sale is a 1981 Suzuki GS450e - the sporty GS model, parallel twin. Bike has 22k on it. Bike has been kept inside in good condition, runs and drives great, and has fresh gas in the tank. Has a 6spd transmission and will definitely do 100mph, but is relatively light and good on gas. A good medium-small bike size and great for beginners or lovers of vintage Japanese bikes. I don't have the title, but I have the current registration paperwork for RI so you can legally register it here or in states that take Bill of Sale and proof of previous registration. Bike is currently registered and insured in RI, was riding it up until this summer.
Tires have 200 miles on them and are 1 year old. New low and sporty clubman bars, new blinkers. The only issues the bike has are that the dial on the speedo came unscrewed inside the gauge, and I didn't have time to screw it back on, but the speedo works perfectly, as does the tach and gear selector. Also, it needs a new blinker relay, which I have, but haven't soldered on yet. Available for pickup in Pawtucket, RI. |

Like the larger displacement GSXs however, the new, littlest Inazuma does not appear to be coming to North America.
Suzuki Scooter Concept Turns Heads
Mon, 20 Oct 2008The popularity of two-wheeled transportation certainly picked up this summer, thanks mostly to the economy. Not everyone who wants one however, has a choice they can live with. Stylistically scoots sold in the states have been rather traditional and staid, that is until now.
