Suzuki Teases New Cruiser

Friday morning, May 24, Suzuki will be unveiling a few new models. Details beyond that are slim, but Suzuki has sent us a teaser rendering of one of the models, shown above. The image isn’t very large at all, but judging by the headlight shape, we’re guessing it’ll be part of the M line of cruisers.

Electric Moto Corporation

After launching their website last week, the California based Electric Moto Corporation has now announced the IPG Group as their agency of record to help increase brand awareness and bring in some investor interest.  According to their website, other then the EMAX 72 DS electric motorcycle, there is a scooter, ATV, bicycle and a personal watercraft on the drawing board. It was good to catch up with my old mate Daryl Beattie last weekend in Misano. Daryl was pushing Mick Doohan hard for the 500cc World Championship in 1995 until he high sided and broke his collar bone in Assen mid way through the year. He eventually finished runner up in the series but then some fairly big tumbles from his Lucky Strike Suzuki in 1996 brought his career to a premature end.
