This 2002 Suzuki TL1000 has only 3,900 miles and has a fresh oil change, new battery, and a complete safety check at a local shop which everything has checked out great and that information will be given to the buyer.
I am selling this on behalf of a very close friend whom purchased the bike a few months ago and absolutely fell in love with it however he has decided along with his wife to sell for now to pay off some credit cards and purchase something else next year.
The prior owner barely rode the bike, and sold as him and his wife just had twins so he knew realistically that he would not have the time for the bike.
The bike has NEVER been down, abused, nor have any of the parts been upgraded other than carbon fiber inserts on the upper fairings.

2015 Suzuki RM-Z250 and RM85
Fri, 16 May 2014Along with the launch of the new RM-Z450, Suzuki announced the return of the RM-Z250 and RM85 for 2015. Both smaller motocrossers return unchanged, though the slightly larger RM85L variant was not announced for the new model year. The 2015 Suzuki RM-Z250 retains the same 249cc liquid-cooled Single as the 2014 model including the swappable EFI couplers for selecting richer or leaner fueling.
2009-2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Recalled for Side Stand Interlock Switch
Fri, 01 Jun 2012Suzuki is issuing a recall for 2009-2011 GSX-R1000 because of a potential failure of the side stand interlock switch. The interlock switch is what cuts off the ignition circuit on a motorcycle when the side stand is down and the transmission is in any gear except neutral. Its purpose is to prevent a motorcycle from moving with the stand deployed.

The racing was exciting, going off without a hitch, and the weather was unseasonably kind, but the meeting will be remembered by those in the fairly close knit WSB paddock for reasons other than the temperature or the race results. It’ll be remembered by most, especially those who witnessed it, as the meeting where Max Biaggi finally lost his already feeble grip on reality.
