This bike has been my baby for the past two years but I have moved on to a Harley. It is absolutely immaculate! Besides a small crack on the front fairing. It happened at the shop and they wouldn't own up to it. It has 10,399 miles and has been nicely riden the entire time. I am the third owner. It was originally purchased in Indiana, then in Illinois and now Wisconsin. It is the nice pearl and carbon fiber paint job. It has a jardine Gp shorty pipe and a power commander. Has a yoshimura fender eliminator and new front tire and rear tire has 1500 miles on it. Oil was just changed at 10,250. Needs NOTHING, turn the key and ride! Suzuki to Close Spanish Motorcycle Factory
Tue, 06 Nov 2012The digital ink is still wet on news of American Suzuki declaring bankruptcy and shutting down its car business to focus on powersports and marine products, and now there’s more bad news for the Japanese manufacturer. Suzuki announced it will close its motorcycle factory in Gijón, Spain, in March, 2013, shutting the company’s sole European production plant. The factory has been producing motorcycles and scooters for Suzuki since 1984, with the manufacturer taking 100% ownership of the factory.
Eric Bostrom to Race TTXGP for Brammo at Laguna Seca
Thu, 26 Jul 2012Eric Bostrom has signed on to ride the Brammo Empulse RR in the electric motorcycle race at Laguna Seca July 28-29. The race is the final stop on the TTXGP‘s North American series and a joint event with the FIM’s ePower series. The AMA racing veteran will join Steve Atlas to represent Team Icon Brammo at Laguna Seca.
Harley’s Ed Krawiec is 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champ
Mon, 14 Nov 2011Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points.
