2008 Suzuki Hayabusa with 5230 miles. Comes with Brock's performance exhaust, Macintosh 8" swing arm, aftermarket subframe with 8" extended Catalyst drag tail, carbon fiber drag racing seat, Shinko rear tire, Nitrous kit, MPS air shifter, Brocks performance clutch mod, vortex front sprocket, K&N air filter, EK drag racing chain, integrated rear tail light. Bike was tuned by Del Flores in Indianapolis, IN. Bike has 201 HP on motor and 233 on Nitrous. Bike ran low 6's in the 1/8 miles and 9.40's in the 1/4 mile on motor. Buy it now for $8000, I do not have to sell it, I have a ton of bike accessories to throw in for free.

Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.

The Japanese are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the legendary Suzuki Katana motorcycle, whose appearance on the road still stuns the layman. Back in the day, the Japanese manufacturer relied on the European design studio Target Design to get an innovative motorcycle. Hans Muth, the ex-BMW designer at the time, presented two concepts: a 650cc prototype and a 1100cc version that ended up on the assembly line.

Arai Helmet has thrown its proverbial hat in the ring by signing up to sponsor the next two events of the new GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout Presented by Yamaha. In addition, Arai has been named the official helmet of the series. The Arai Pacific Nationals will be hosted by the AFM next weekend, May 3-4, at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California.
