Suzuki Other description

For sale is a very nice vintage Suzuki M-31 Suzy. It has a pre-mixed two-stroke 55cc engine, and has three gears. There is no hand clutch, just shift up or down with your foot. It starts and runs like a dream, and shifts smoothly through all three gears.  This bike is very rare, and very original. Carb was just professionally cleaned, 6V battery is brand new, the lights all work, it runs great, and should make the new owner very happy. Bike has a clear title.  I am happy to send specific photos to serious bidders, at their request.  This bike is not perfect, and is 46 years old.  Please ask any and all questions that you may have about the Suzuki before bidding.  Payment from the winning bidder is due upon completion of the auction.  I accept cash and Paypal. Thank you for looking, and good luck!

WSBK 2013: Laguna Seca Race Report

Mon, 30 Sep 2013

Tom Sykes and Eugene Laverty each came away with a victory as the World Superbike Championship made its return to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first race featured two red flags, ironically caused by AMA Superbike regulars Danny Eslick and Roger Hayden, the two men with the most recent experience at the famed track. The second race was a much cleaner affair, with a dramatic finish, setting up the final two rounds of the championship.

Suzuki Reports Q3 2013-2014 Sales Results

Fri, 07 Feb 2014

Suzuki reported a 13.1% decrease in motorcycle sales volume over the first three quarters of its 2013-2014 fiscal year, but still managed a 17.8% increase in net sales from its motorcycle division. That may seem like a paradox, but the results can be explained by a more favorable exchange rate for the Japanese yen and by looking closer at where those sales decreases took place. The yen has turned around significantly over the last year and a half, vastly improving how foreign sales affect Suzuki’s bottom line.

Goodbye RM85 Suzuki

Tue, 10 May 2011

An old friend dropped in this weekend, on his way back from an arse-killing 4,500 mile ride to Estoril and back to watch the MotoGP race. He has only ever ridden Harley chops and old stuff with the exception of his vague nod at practicality and modernity - an ancient, very, very high mileage R1100GS BMW. I made him a brew and some pasta arrabiatta then made him ride my 2011 Fireblade.
