Very low use bike that came from the Southern US.
Was in great shape, but I freshened the bike up with the intention of riding it but it's a bit much for me in the woods.
I also ended up selling my 450r and both bikes being sold will help with money towards a new one.
Bike is (for the most part) untouched- I did not re-paint, touch up, etc- what you see is all
original.
New: Top end on ORIGINAL bore- had the cyl honed.

Headlight & tail light works- mechanical brake light switch installed.
Bike runs, starts, stops very well and the pics should answer most of your questions. Well, it's a 1980 dirt bike so I'm not sure I would call the stopping "very well" but.... Man, how did we ride these!
I put a lot of time and money into the bike and am into the bike for far more than I should be- nothing new there for me!
I could probably write 3 pages on this bike's expenses, parts, etc- I'll try to skip that this time.

Mon, 21 May 2012K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. Suzuki Reports 2012-2013 Fiscal Year Results
Fri, 10 May 2013Suzuki reported an operating loss of 11.9 billion yen (US$117.1 million) from its motorcycle business for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2013. The loss stems from a 10.7% decrease in motorcycles sales and a 9.6% decline in motorcycle revenue from its 2012-2013 fiscal year. According to Suzuki‘s year-end report, motorcycles accounted for 230.3 billion yen in sales revenue, down 254.8 billion yen reported the previous year.
