Seeing whats out there..busa has only plastic and a mounting bracket damaged..not a scratch on the frame..starts right up runs good no radiator damage. Suzuki to Relocate R&D Facility to Lower Tsunami Risk Area
Thu, 07 Jul 2011Suzuki is considering moving its motorcycle research facility from its current coastal location to its main factory in Hamamatsu, Japan, to decrease the risk of damage from future tsunamis. According to a report in the Nikkei business daily, Suzuki is acquiring more land in Hamamatsu to house the research center and other facilities. Suzuki CEO Osamu Suzuki first brought up the idea to relocate some of its higher risk coastal properties during its 2011-2012 fiscal year forecast report.
University Of Calgary Team Zeus To Compete In eMotoRacing Event At Miller Motorsports Park
Fri, 08 Aug 2014eMotoRacing will hold it’s eighth race of the 2014 season at Miller Motorsports Park, in Tooele, Utah. Though there has been a great stirring of rumors as to who will be in attendance, one thing is certain — there will be a good mix of contestants, including the official Brammo racing team, and Team “ZEUS” of the University of Calgary. “ZEUS” stands for “Zero Emission Ucalgary Superbike,” and the team is comprised of engineers, business and physics majors. The team will be racing their Generation I bike, which uses an Agni 95-R motor mounted to the frame of a 2004 Suzuki GSX-R 600, which was straight from the factory, and then stripped of its gasoline engine components.

Mon, 15 Apr 2013BMW Motorrad Goldbet racer Chaz Davies scored his first career World Superbike double victory, taking both races at Spain’s Aragon circuit. The wins were the second and third of Davies’ WSBK career (the first came last year at Nurburgring for the ParkinGo Aprilia team) and the second ever double in the series for BMW. The Welsh rider and former AMA Pro Racing competitor has had some success at Aragon, getting his first career WSBK podium at the Spanish track in 2012.
