2001 SV650S
Comes with haynes manual. Not running right now. Power turns on, but engine doesn't start. I think it's electrical. The electrical system was acting up before it didn't want to start anymore. I don't know too much about bikes to be able to figure it out. Other than that it is a really reliable bike. I loved it and used it to drive to school. I wish I didn't have to sell it, but I can't figure out what's wrong. I've taken it to a mechanic and they didn't solve it. I'm selling it because I could use the money. Good luck! Nissin ABS Modulator Recall Affects Honda CTX700, Suzuki Hayabusa, Kawasaki Ninja 250R and Possibly More
Wed, 17 Jul 2013Last week, we wrote about a recall in Canada for the ABS system on the 2014 Honda CTX700N and the CTX700T (known everywhere else as simply the CTX700), affecting 13 units north of the border. We can now confirm that the recall also affects U.S. models as well as models from other manufacturers using the same components from Nissin.

Mon, 15 Apr 2013BMW Motorrad Goldbet racer Chaz Davies scored his first career World Superbike double victory, taking both races at Spain’s Aragon circuit. The wins were the second and third of Davies’ WSBK career (the first came last year at Nurburgring for the ParkinGo Aprilia team) and the second ever double in the series for BMW. The Welsh rider and former AMA Pro Racing competitor has had some success at Aragon, getting his first career WSBK podium at the Spanish track in 2012.
2012 Suzuki V-Strom 1000, V-Strom 1000 Adventure and V-Strom 650 ABS Adventure Announced
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Suzuki is bringing back its V-Strom 1000 for 2012 and adding a new U.S.-only “Adventure” version with luggage. The 2012 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 is unchanged from its previous version, last offered as a 2009 model. It’s powered by the same 996cc liquid cooled, fuel-injected 90-degree V-Twin engine as the previous model.
