This is a very nice 1974 T500 Titan 2stroke twin with just 8,656 miles. I am selling for a friend who purchased from original owner. After sitting for 30 plus years he opted to bore 10 over and install new pistons and rings. Everything works as one would imagine. The bike has a new battery and starts on first kick all lights and signals operate properly. All shipping arrangements are to be made by purchaser and would prefer pick up by shipper or buyer be made on weekend. If you choose to use buy it now full payment is to be immediate. I can safely store bike until pickup. All sales are final and bike is to be sold as is where is and will be bike pictured and described. NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

The U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have launched a new free online tool that should make it easier for consumers to inspect their vehicles’ safety recall histories. The new search tool, available at http://www.safercar.gov/vinlookup, allows people to look for recall campaigns by entering Vehicle Identification Numbers.

Ryan Villopoto won his fifth main event race of the year at Daytona to take over the lead in the 2013 AMA Supercross championship standings. The win is the third at Daytona in the Monster Energy Kawasaki racer’s career, matching the totals set by Bob Hannah, Mike Kiedrowski, Jeremy McGrath and Chad Reed. Only Ricky Carmichael, who designed the sand-based Daytona track, holds more Supercross wins at Daytona with five victories.
