2007 Bonneville Black with Kozi Rocket sidecar. Sidecar seat still has factory plastic. Nice custom luggage rack on tank. Newer mufflers. Pipes show blueing and some oxidation. Sidecar paint has a few paint chips to touch up along with some spots of oxidation on the sidecar mounts no dents. Tires are decent. Runs strong. Carbs have been recently disassembled and cleaned. Brand new oil change, air filter and fuel filter. For pick up only but will be happy to assist pick up by a shipper. Bobber in photos is not included in this auction but is available. Triumph Thunderbird Commander World Press Intro – We Are There!
Tue, 11 Feb 2014Triumph’s new Thunderbird Commander and Thunderbird LT are being introduced to the world’s media this week in San Diego, California. MO’s Associate Editor and FNG, Evans Brasfield, is on the scene and ready to test the latest versions of Triumph’s big cruiser, now with a new frame. The Commander sports a tougher image than the regular Thunderbird, boasting dual bug-eye headlights and a beefy 47mm Showa fork holding a fat 140/75-17 tire.
2015 Triumph Daytona 250 Spied
Fri, 29 Nov 2013Spy photographers have captured images of Triumph‘s upcoming 250cc sportbike. The new sportbike (we’re calling it the Daytona 250 until Triumph tells us otherwise) is one of two new 250cc single-cylinder models Triumph is designed primarily for India, where Triumph officially started operations this week. There is a very good chance however the Daytona 250 and its naked roadster sibling will be exported to other markets including here in the U.S.
2014 Triumph America Horizon Revealed in CARB Documentation
Mon, 18 Mar 2013New documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal the existence of a new model from Triumph to be called the America Horizon for the 2014 model year. As its name implies, the 2014 Triumph America Horizon will likely be based on the existing Triumph America (the 2012 America is pictured above with touring accessories as an illustration.) The CARB documents confirm it will use the same 865cc parallel-Twin engine as the America as well as the Bonneville, Scrambler, Thruxton and the Speedmaster. We predict a claimed output of 60hp at 6800rpm and 53 ft-lb.
