Fresh build I recently completed.1969 Triumph Tiger engine in a vintage Climax gooseneck frame.
Since completed have taken it to Beatersville and placed in the top 20 best in show and entered the Smokeout and got a top 7 pick in the Joe class. Bike was shot for the horse magazine and will be out soon. started this build with a Climax brand gooseneck frame and vintage prism tank. Sent the tank out and had it stripped and then lined with RedKote by a local radiator shop. Almost everything on this bike is new. Oil tank is a new hexagon tank from lowbrow. Engine was rebuilt by the previous owner I had all the covers chrome plated and installed the morgo 750 big bore kit and joe hunt magneto. I just sent the magneto back to hunt to have it rebuilt which cost almost $300.00 when doing the big bore I seen the bike has kibblewhite valves. Bike fires on first kick and runs strong. Brand new Amal 930 premier. Clutch does need a little adjustment but overall a great running bike. Stainless oil lines are getting replaced with clear straight lines by the time the auction ends will provide the stainless lines with the bike but I believe the return line has to many bends slowing down the return. Bike has a lot of one off machined parts on it right down to the one off acrylic velocity stack. Also the taillight is pretty trick with the axle running through the light. Taillight and tag bracket do not contact th frame. Custom candy paint by Kevin Petitt. Stainless hard brake line to the rear brake. Custom one off tag bracket and tag frame. Fender does have some paint rubbed off where chain rubbed it as well as a little spot on bottom of oil tank. Overall a great looking bike. Just like any vintage bike you have to know how to wrench on them
$500.00 non refundable deposit is due at end of auction through PayPal and the remaining balance is to be paid you cash or postal money order and it has to clear my bank before pickup. Buyer is responsible for shipping and local pickup is welcome.
