Ural Wolf description

2007 Ural Wolf. 750cc. EXCELLENT CONDITION! Custom paint - pictures don't do it justice. Odometer 2439 km. Clean title in hand.
Bike has only been ridden for short rides on sunny days.
I bought a new Ural so time to let this one go.

Ural made a limited number of these solo bikes. Only a small number of these were imported to the US.
It has the same motor and transmission (4 speed w/reverse) as the sidecar bikes.  The Wolf is a tribute bike to the Russian Motorcycle Club "Nightwolves".

This is a very rideable chopper. All stock with the exception of the custom paint. Very rugged and easy to work on motorcycle. Example: Double dry disc automotive type clutch; external automotive alternator; Engine, gearbox and final drive have their own separate oil pans. Also, this motorcycle has dual foot controls. The highway peg foot controls are linked with the standard foot controls.
Specifications:
  • 750 cc
  • Opposed twin cylinder
  • 4 Speed Gear Box with Reverse
  • Shaft Drive
  • Font and rear Brembo disc brakes
  • 5.5 Gallon gas tank

Help Fund Motorcycle Retrofits for Impaired Riders

Thu, 07 Nov 2013

Don Jackson, owner of Yesterday’s Rides Metalworks in Newberg, OR, and a marine veteran, has announced a crowdfunding initiative to raise money to complete the prototype of a motorcycle retrofit designed for persons who require the use of a personal mobility device. The retrofit allows the owner to ride their personal mobility device (wheelchair, scooter, etc.) onto a sidecar via a ramp, lock it in place, retract the ramp using electronic controls, climb on to the motorcycle and ride off. When the rider reaches his/her destination, the mobility device is right alongside, ready to unlock and use. The initial prototype is based on a modified Ural, which is already sidecar compatible.

Ural Sales Increase 39 Percent In 2011

Wed, 11 Jan 2012

Ural, the funky motorcycle sidecar manufacturer from Russia, is boasting a 39% increase in unit sales for 2011. Considering the company’s total expected output for last year was approximately 1,100 models, you won’t notice an influx of sidehacks dominating your local roadways, but this is really good news for the small manufacturer of eclectic two-wheelers, especially in the midst of a deficient economy. Ural recognized an article in the New York Times and a collaboration with bike builder James Hammarhead for some of the company’s increasing popularity.

The Institute of Adventure Research

Fri, 17 Feb 2012

There's something incredibly British about The Ice Run adventure. It was an idea dreamt up by Tom Morgan, Founder-in-Chief of - get this - The Institute of Adventure Research, the 'research arm' of a group called The Adventurists. Brilliant!
