Victory Cross Country description

2014 Victory Cross Country 8-Ball, First in line is the new Cross Country 8-Ball, a machine which aims to shake a bit the standards set by its predecessors. - Now meaner, and with sleeker lines, this bike packs together the backed-out, lean style and comfort-focused design, without impacting performance in any way. Powered by a monstrous 106cui (1731cc) v-twin, the 2014 Cross Country 8-Ball will shine at any speed, thanks to its torquey heart: slow winding mountain roads or open highways, this bagger will ride anywhere in style. A touring-oriented low seat, generous lockable side cases and a massive fairing for exceptional protection against elements, integrated speakers and a plethora of optional matching accessories are all in place to help riders enjoy their trips and bikes as much as possible. Forget about the fancy eye candy paint schemes, the 2014 Victory Cross Country 8-Ball is all about a dark and almost menacing sobriety, so often met with seasoned riders who know their game only too well. Adding in the hassle-free belt drive, trouble-free injection engine, massive 300mm rotors for both wheels and top-notch suspension, we can say that the 2014 Cross Country 8-Ball is a great deal at $17,999 (€13,575), base price.

Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 1 Results

Mon, 02 Jun 2014

Gary Johnson narrowly beat out Bruce Anstey to take the first of two Supersport races at the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Riding the Daytona 675, Johnson’s win was the first for Triumph since 2003, ironically, with Anstey taking the victory that year in the Junior 600cc class. The race started three hours behind schedule due to fog, but once it began it quickly became a duel between Johnson and Anstey.

Photos Of This Weekend’s Denver Endurocross Track

Fri, 03 Oct 2014

This weekend the EnduroCross championship makes its way to Denver and the National Events Center for the fifth round of the nine-round series. Truckloads of dirt, mountains of rock and piles of logs are coming together to create an EnduroCross course that’s sure to challenge racers and entertain fans.  Excitement will be a mile-high this weekend as the EnduroCross Championship puts three different race winners into an epic battle for valuable points before the halfway point in the series. Beta/GEICO-backed Cody Webb has led since his first round victory in Las Vegas, but KTM’s five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak is hot on his heels after a big win at the last round in Atlanta and at X-Games. And don’t count out Colton Haaker.
