Another New Victory Coming 1/20/12

Hot off the trails of the Hard Ball’s release just last month, Victory Motorcycles is showing no signs of slowing down in 2012, as it’s set to debut yet another new model January 20 at the New York International Motorcycle Show. Details about the new machine are scarce, but if we were to guess judging on the graphic above we’d say it could be loosely based off the Vegas due to its conventional fork and lack of fairings. Polaris Reports Q2 2012 Results

Polaris Industries reported a 110% increase in sales from its On-Road division over the second quarter of 2012. The On-Road division consists primarily of Victory Motorcycles but also includes Indian Motorcycles, electric vehicle brands Global Electric Motorcars and Goupil. The acquisitions of the latter three brands contributed to nearly a third of the overall growth.

Mission Motorcycles To Produce Street-Legal Electric Sportbike, Mission RS

Mission Motorcycles’ president Mark Seeger revealed today the company will produce a limited number of the Mission RS, a street-legal version of the Mission R, which won the 2011 TTXGP race at Laguna Seca by 40 seconds. In fact only 40 RS’ will be built, in commemoration of the historic victory. Mission Motorcycles is the result of a partnership between Mission Motors, developer of the record-setting prototype, and Mark Seeger, known for creating successful, innovation-focused businesses.
