Victory Victory description

Few bikes get unveiled to such an overwhelming response. Riders flocked to this bobber-spirited, high-performance cruiser with as much anticipation for twisting the throttle as they did for its killer looks. It's the bad-ass ape hanger bobber with proven Victory handling and impressive Victory power. No frills here, just the essentials: Engine, wheels, ape hangers, Victory performance and attitude. Among bobbed and stripped style bikes offered by major OEMs, the High-Ball delivers the most performance (largest-displacement engine, most torque), lowest seat height, best value and, obviously, the most style.High-Ball StyleVictory High-Ball bodywork includes a short front fender, and the bodywork has a raised spine running atop the fenders and fuel tank for the length of the bike. From the mirrors down to the dual exhausts, the Victory High-Ball is black: Handle bars, headlamp bucket, triple trees, frame, fender struts, cylinder heads covers all black. The gloss black, 16, stainless steel laced wheels are fitted with Metzler whitewall tires (150mm rear/130mm front). The handle bars are adjustable and can be set in the upright position or laid back low. The handlebar controls and cables adjust to either bar position. Fuel Capacity is 4.5 gallons (17.01 liters)Pure Victory Accessories: Accessories for the Victory High-Ball include the X-Bow, Straights or Tri-Pro Stage one exhausts, passenger seat, passenger floorboards or pegs, saddlebags, Lock & Ride windshields and more.Engine Battery: twelve volts / 18 amp hours Bore x Stroke: 101 x 108 mm Charging System: 38 amps max output Clutch: Wet, multi-plate Compression Ratio: 9.4 : one Cooling System: Air / oil Displacement: 106 ci / 1731 cc Engine Type: 4-stroke 50 deg. 2014 AMA Supercross – St. Louis Results

Mon, 31 Mar 2014

Don’t look now, but James Stewart is the hottest rider in the AMA Supercross Championship. The Yoshimura Suzuki rider won his third consecutive race and series-leading fifth victory of the season. But with Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto holding a comfortable lead with four rounds remaining, Stewart’s hot streak may be too little too late.

WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report

Mon, 10 Jun 2013

Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).

New Arai Vector-2 And RX-Q Graphic Options Available – Video

Thu, 16 Jan 2014

Arai has just released two new graphics, one for the Vector-2 and another for the RX-Q model lines. The new RX-Q Flame design, from the famed studio of Aldo Drudi, takes its inspiration from the stylish paint jobs hot rodders have applied to their rides for decades. Traditional flame graphics lay over a base of linear and gradient forms, perfectly combining old and new. Just like those hot-rod machines of old, this one definitely stands out on the road.
