This auction offers a full year 12 issues of the publication "MPH" The News Letter of the VINCENT HRD Owners Club. You will receive 12 issues - January to December 1953. The news letters are fairly small - approx 24 to 40 printed pages. Dimensions are 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Pages are near perfect with no marks, writing, folding, etc. Staples are very good - only a couple of staples have a little rust. There is a musty odor from long term storage which will dissipate over time. Moderate discoloration on the exterior edges. Free Priority shipping within the USA. Thanks for your interest! |

Brough Superior Fetches $427k At Bonhams Auction
Mon, 28 Apr 2014The ex-George Brough, Brough Superior SS100, which was projected to sell in the neighborhood of $235k – $300k, actually brought in nearly half a million dollars Sunday. Registered in 1939, the motorcycle was campaigned by George Brough himself in the London-Edinburgh Trial that same year.The grand final tally for the Bonhams Stafford Sale of Pioneer, Vintage, and Collectors’ Motorcycles & Memorabilia totaled $3,419,981. “We are delighted with the results achieved for this long and well-established sale.
“The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday
Mon, 18 Aug 2014The stage is set for ”The Meet at ACM” motorcycle show this weekend in Tacoma, WA. While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
Bonhams Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction Rakes In $1.8 Million
Mon, 16 Jan 2012A collection of classic motorcycles including some owned by the Du Pont family was auctioned by Bonhams in Las Vegas, with sales reaching $1.8 million, nearly double the pre-auction estimates. The auction included 50 motorcycles and 113 lots of spare parts from the Du Pont family including some from the personal collection of E. Paul du Pont, founder of Du Pont Motors and one-time president of Indian Motorcycles.
