Joy in Believing.

-by Fr. Vincent McNabb, O.P.-

Several ink-stamps to interior.  Mild foxing, mostly to endpapers.  Text clean and binding tight.  Small dings to lower edges of boards and a small bump to lower corner of front board.  Light wear to exterior, including light soiling and some general light yellowing/spotting to cloth.  Remains a good, clean, solid copy, overall.

x, 186pp.  Benziger Brothers, NY 1939.  Good+.  Cloth.  12mo.

Epithemeus (meaning afterthought) was the creator of many dangerous, ill thought-out beasts. Unlike his dilligent brother, Epithemeus was a bit of a f**kwit who threw everything at his powerful new animal creations with little thought of the consequences. A perfect name, then.
