Vincent Black Shadow description

This is a 1951 Vincent black shadow rolling chassis. Rear swing arm and frame number are RC7853B. The rear swing arm and frame are matching, however the engine is not. The original engine is somewhere out there. The engine that is currently in it is 1950 comet engine completely rebuilt along with transmission, runs great. Will sell with or without engine and transmission. The rolling chassis alone is worth $40,000.
Clean California title. Engine and transmission $15,000. I am listing the bike and I appreciate feedback, but i am firm on price. I would like to see it go back together as a Black Shadow as those bikes are work 130-150k.
