Owned since December 2006, purchased at 6 months old with just 800 mile from a Yamaha dealer in Santa Monica, always serviced at Yamaha dealers in the bay area since then. Clean and current title, new rear tire, good front tire, good battery, 40,200 on the odometer, but approx. 42,255 miles on the bike because the instrument panel was replaced under warranty at 2,055 miles.

2012 Yamaha YZ450F Announced
Thu, 09 Jun 2011Yamaha gave its YZ450F a major update for 2010 with its reversed engine layout so it should be no surprised the motocrosser received just a few updates for 2012. Besides the usual graphical updates, the 2012 Yamaha YZ450F receives a new exhaust system to meet 94dB competition requirements. Fuel injection settings have also been tweaked for smoother response at low to mid revs.
Yamaha Brazil Introduces Flex Fuel YS250 Fazer BlueFlex
Tue, 17 Jul 2012Yamaha unveiled a new version of its YS250 Fazer for the Brazilian market that runs on gasoline, ethanol fuel, or a mixture of both. The new YS 250 Fazer BlueFlex is Yamaha’s first flex-fuel model, but the manufacturer says it plans to add more BlueFlex models in the future. Brazil is the world’s second largest ethanol fuel producer and the most successful biofuel-based economy.
Pro Racing Heading To The West Coast After All
Tue, 04 Mar 2014A Pro-Am style, three-round professional motorcycle racing series is set to debut in 2014, run in conjunction with AFM, America’s oldest club racing organization. This according to a press release from Sonoma Raceway, which will also be hosting the first stop of the three-round series, May 3-4. Hosted and sanctioned by AFM, a full field of Pro Superbike and Pro Sportbike professional riders and teams are expected to compete in the event.
