Dark grey metallic 2008 Yamaha FJR1300AE Auto Clutch, five speed, just under 5300 miles and just put in new battery -Handlebar hand shifter -Inline four cylinder 4 stroke -Liquid cooled -Fuel injection -Five speed, Yamaha chip-controlled shift -ABS front and rear brakes -Side saddles -Duel exhaust The bike is in great condition mechanically. There are a couple scrapes on the right side but nothing major. The right mirror is broken in half and taped on right now. I planned to order the part but it is back ordered from the manufacturer until Oct 1st.. It has only been ridden on one long trip as well. Asking $7800. I will accept cash or paypal. AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results
Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.

2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 Dual Sports Announced
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Yamaha unveiled a pair of 2012 dual sport models, the Yamaha XT250 and the Yamaha TW200. Both the 2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 remain unchanged from the 2011 versions except for a new white and blue color scheme and white front fenders instead of last year’s black fenders. The XT250 is powered by an air-cooled 249cc four-stroke engine with a 33mm carburetor.
