Yamaha FZ description

I'm selling my 06 FZ1 with 32k miles in very good condition.

Second owner purchased the bike with only 8k miles, and was my daily commuter.

Battery is only one year old, tires only have 2000miles, oil and filter just changed

Bike has premium Yamaha gel seats + passenger back rest, throttle lock bar ends, Aprapovic (very nice sounding) slip on, K&N high performance air filter, and after market brake/shift levers and tinted windscreen.

Shes in very good condition with all maintenance done at scheduled intervals (ie. chain lubed and adjusted every 500miles, oil and filter every 4k miles, new plugs at 20k miles). Rides and shift smooth and fast! Bike has never been down - layed or forced.

Clean title in hand - test drive with cash in hand and valid motorcycle license. Bike comes with a nice sun/rain cover.

Wayne Rainey will return to the Misano circuit for the first time since he suffered a career-ending crash that left him paralyzed from the chest down. The Sept. 5, 1993 crash at the circuit then-known as the Circuito Internazionale Santamonica brought a sudden end to what had been an incredibly successful Grand Prix racing career.

Behind the scenes in Qatar

Sat, 19 Mar 2011

Just because you have the name Jorge Lorenzo on your screen and you've won a world championship doesn't mean you'll get an easy time at scrutineering. In Qatar the technical inspection staff made the factory Yamaha mechanics remove bodywork and unbolt some electrical components in order to get a better look at the guts of the 2011 M1. Everything was in order of course but what a great opportunity for the scrutineers to exercise their power and have a poke around the most high tech Yamaha on the planet.
