Yamaha Other description

1977 Yamaha XS-750, Shaft Drive in good/very terrific condition. 1 owner for 20yrs and he was very picky about its care. I recently purchased it from the estate .It was ridden every year except the last two years. (20,000 mis ) It never had any mechanical issues. The engine oil was changed with (Amsoil 10W40 & K&N oil filter), drained, flushed and re-filled the shaft-drive rear gear housing (Amsoil Synthetic 75/90 speed oil), installed a new battery, tensioned the cam chain, filled tank with premium (tank is very clean inside with no rust), and installed new NGK spark plugs. Both tires are in very terrific condition. It runs, shifts, brakes and rides great. The king/queen seat is very comfortable. ( the original Yamaha seat is also available ) It cruises smoothly at 60 mph at 4,000 RPM. The engine sounds very tight and does not smoke. Bike has some type of after-market three into 1 exhaust system. (Bike is not loud. has a nice, low tone) Everything on bikes works except the radio (which was working last week) and one of the LED running lamps. There is a spare front wheel ( rim ) and the stock seat.Interesting trades consideredCall Don

Remus are offering a slip-on exhaust for the 2010 Yamaha Super Ténéré. The new Super Ten exhaust from Remus comes in two options, the stainless steel hexacone retails at £370 and offers 1.6kg of weight saved on the stock OEM exhaust with a power increase of 7.5bhp. The second choice for the Yamaha's big adventure bike is the lighter titanium hexacone, the can offers the same increase in power but saves 1.81kg in weight.
