forks and cruise control. New paint,
progressive springs in front forks with anti-dive block off plates, de-linked
brakes, brakes upgraded to RI with
stainless steel braided lines, starter modified with ground. New water pump,
recovered seat and backrest (seat has some minor scratches from a cat). Has
upgraded fuse box and programmable CDI box. Clearview Windshield with
vent. Virtually everything
reconditioned. 39,000 miles. Two sets of intercom and mikes for helmets. One
installed on helmet. Comes with spin on filter adapter and clutch stainless
steel line (You install) Bike cover included. Numerous spare parts if you want

Wed, 03 Aug 2011A drop in net sales, an appreciating yen and the fallout from the March 11 earthquake and tsunamis in Japan contributed to a 4.6% drop in profit for Yamaha Motor Co. over the second quarter of 2011. Over the quarter ended June 30, 2011, Yamaha saw a 5.9% drop in net sales compared to the same period in 2010.Yamaha reports sales of 344.5 billion yen (US$4.48 billion) over the second quarter, compared to the 366.3 billion yen (US$4.77 billion) reported in the same quarter in 2010.
Team Hammer Releases Martin Cardenas
Fri, 04 Jan 2013AMA Pro Racing’s Team Hammer has released Martin Cardenas from his contract to allow the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion “to better pursue his goal of returning to World Championship competition as soon as possible.” Though the eventual goal appears to be for Cardenas to move up to the World Superbike Championship, rumors have Cardenas landing with the Yoshimura Suzuki factory team to race in the AMA Superbike Championship in 2013 as an eventual stepping stone towards international racing. Cardenas won the 2010 and 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike championships with Team Hammer riding a Suzuki GSX-R600. Team Hammer held a contract option for Cardenas for the 2013 season but decided to release the Colombian racer, allowing him to take a different route towards a WSBK career.
