Yamaha Other description
This bike is priced to sell. Only reason Im selling is because I just dont have time to ride anymore with working swing shift. I bought the bike of the showroom floor a little over a year ago. It only has 4288 mis on it which is low. Ive recent added the Vance and Hines CS 1 exhaust which sounds wicked with the new crossplane motor! Also have placed a new set of Pilot Power 2CT front and back which have less than 600 mis on them. I will say the bike has 2 very small scratches on the right side where it had fallen over on my fathers Big Dog Chopper coming back from Myrtle Beach bike week this past 2013 spring rally. The key is larger than the scratch! I will list the things I have done to the bike.-Vance and Hines CS 1 exhaust Slip-Ons -Pilot Power 2CT front and back-Vortex Frame Sliders no cutting involved-Blacked out front wind screenHotbodies-Flush mount turn signals-Integrated tail light assembly-Rear tag delete kitAlso all riding gear will go with the bike. I have a Icon Airmada Helmet, Icon Overlord Jacket, Icon Gloves. Gear alone cost 800$.Feel free to call or text me anytime at 706-676-XXXX. PRICE IS FIRM! I know its well below the value, I just dont have time to ride anymore! My loss your gain. Would be better if you were to text 1st and if you are serious about buying we will talk on the phone and make a deal! I can also send more photos of the bike upon request.

Trawling the internet for a sound clip of the Crossplane Crank Yamaha R1 on full chatter, I came across this: a few fast laps on board with New Zealand Superbike racer Tony Rees as he works the CABS Throttle Blipper on his 2011 R1. (Skip to 7:35 for the fast ones.) CABS is a system used by Superbike teams that makes use of the R1’s digitally controlled throttle. When you change up a gear, the bike blips in the perfect amount of revs to save time on track and make downshifts as quick and easy as clutch-less upshifts.Wed, 12 Dec 2012 00:00:00 -0800
Yamaha has been rumored to be working on a 250cc sportbike for quite some time now. In fact, the other three members of the Japanese Big Four have launched new models in the small-displacement segment in recent years, but none of these new generation small-displacement bikes bear Yamaha‘s crossed tuning fork logo. That may change by 2014 however.Mon, 18 Mar 2013 00:00:00 -0700
Cameron Beaubier led a parade of Yamaha YZF-R6 racebikes to win the 72nd running of the famed Daytona 200. The Yamaha Extended Service Graves Yamaha rider started from pole position and led for 50 of 57 laps before winning by a 22.254-second margin. Behind Beaubier were four other R6 riders including his teammate Garret Gerloff who finished second.
