2009 Yamaha V Star 1300. This bike was bought new in Dec 2011 for my son. He repainted it the original blue to remove all of the markings. After that it sat in the garage.Gas tank was been drained and refilled along with a gas treatment additive just in case. A new battery was installed and it fired right up. Runs and Drives just like it did when we drove it off the showroom floor. Yamaha to Export Motorcycles from India to Japan – Yes, You Read That Right
Thu, 26 Jul 2012In what may be a first for a Japanese manufacturer, Yamaha will be exporting motorcycles produced in India to its home market. Yamaha is shipping 300 units the YZF-R15 to Japan to test the market’s appetite for the 150cc sport bike. The R15 is manufactured by India Yamaha Motor at its plant in Surajpur, India.
