Yamaha Road Star description

You are looking at a pre-owned Yamaha Road star Warrior with low miles. The bike was always garaged. The oil change was done. The bike has a few minor esthetic defects barely noticeable .(see pictures) It has some scratches on the front fender, the front peg bracket , some nicks on the rear sprocket, a chip on the tank and the seat has minor defects on the sides . James Stewart has signed a multi-year contract with JGRMX, the motocross division of Joe Gibbs Racing. Stewart raced the last three years with the L & M Yamaha factory team, and he will continue with the Tuning Fork brand with JGRMX, riding a Yamaha YZ450F. The two-time AMA Supercross and one-time AMA Motocross Champion will debut with JGRMX at the Jan.

With the MotoGP world championship in Donington Park this weekend, Yamaha took the opportunity to reveal the 2014 version of its M1-inspired Race Blu liveries along with the 2014 YZF-R1, YZF-R6 and other sportbikes. Before you read any farther, here’s the bad news. First, it does not appear as though either the R1 or the R6 received any other updates for 2014.

Mark your calendars for February 5 and 6, 2013, as those are the dates when Bonhams — one of the world’s largest auctioneers of fine arts and antiques — will put for sale two motorcycle collections which include some incredibly rare and historic machines. The Grand Palais in Paris, France will play host to the auction, which includes the entire Garelli Grand Prix collection as its headliner. Founded in 1919, many famous Italian racers got their starts on Garelli motorcycles.
